Billing questions
Does the Free plan expire?
No. It's free forever and we don't ask for a card.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?
You can't add more products or open another till until you move to Standard. Change plan from the ERP whenever you like; you lose nothing.
Is the price per shop?
Yes. Each shop has its own plan: one can be on Free and another on Standard.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly. Paying yearly is 20% cheaper.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the ERP. It takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added on the invoice.
What are optional features?
Features not everyone needs (more tills, staff and time clock, shipping, AI employees…). You switch them on from the ERP with the Standard plan and see their terms there first.
